Terms and Conditions of Manifest Your Success

Welcome to Manifest Your Success, owned and operated by MYS Consulting LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website (https://manifestyoursuccess.com) and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to accept and adhere to the following Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as "User Agreement"). This User Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, collectively represent the entire and only agreement between you and Manifest Your Success. Additional agreements, such as payment modalities or private session agreements related to specific programs, are considered part of this User Agreement upon disclosure and acceptance.

By registering for and using our Services, you agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and maintain your account's security and confidentiality. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account and agree to comply with all terms, policies, and applicable laws while using our Services. Furthermore, you agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful purposes or to engage in activities that could harm the Site, Services, or other users. By enrolling in our programs, you affirm that you have read and understood the Success Disclaimer in its entirety.

Participation in the Mentorship Programs requires you to be at least 18 years old. By continuing to use our Services, you affirm your compliance with this requirement and agree to adhere to all terms and policies outlined in this Agreement and any supplemental agreements specific to the program.

By enrolling, you agree that any payment plan (including installments) you enter into is a binding commitment to pay the full agreed amount. In the case of installments, you agree to fulfill all scheduled payments in full and on time, whether by authorizing us to collect such payments automatically when applicable or by completing manual payments (such as bank transfers) as instructed. You remain fully liable for completing all agreed payments regardless of participation status. If an installment payment is not completed on time, we reserve the right to pause your mentoring access until payment is fulfilled. The overall duration of your program will not be extended to compensate for any paused time, and any lost time is considered forfeited.

If a payment delay exceeds four (4) weeks, and/or if your program participation has been paused for more than two (2) consecutive weeks for any reason, it is possible that the momentum and integrity of the program are significantly disrupted. In such cases, the originally agreed-upon program duration and structure can no longer be guaranteed. You will be required to participate in a one-on-one review with your mentor to reassess your progress, define a revised continuation plan, and discuss any additional fees or costs necessary to resume. The Company reserves the right to determine appropriate measures in alignment with maintaining the quality and transformational outcomes of the program.

Program sessions and calls will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis according to mentor availability. While the Company strives to provide flexible scheduling options (including evenings and weekends where possible), you acknowledge and agree to cooperate in finding suitable times and to remain flexible throughout the program. You understand that specific days or times cannot be guaranteed. Calls must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be considered forfeited. Missed sessions due to scheduling conflicts on your side, lack of flexibility, or late cancellations will not result in refunds or program extensions.

At Manifest Your Success, our Mentorship Programs are designed to guide and support you in achieving your personal and professional goals. However, success ultimately depends on your effort, motivation, and commitment. We provide tools, resources, and personalized guidance to illuminate your path, but the decisions and actions required to achieve your aspirations are entirely up to you.

Each individual’s success depends on factors such as dedication, capacity, work ethic, and consistency in applying the principles and strategies we teach. While our mentorship is tailored to your unique aspirations, results are not guaranteed and will vary from person to person. Think of the mentoring as a navigation system; we provide the directions, but you control the steering and acceleration.

All products and services offered by our Company are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Decisions made based on our materials should be done with the knowledge that entrepreneurial and lifestyle changes carry inherent risks. By participating in our programs, you agree not to hold us liable for your decisions, actions, or outcomes under any circumstances.

At Manifest Your Success, we are dedicated to your growth and transformation. Through mentorship programs led by Shahab Ganji, we provide personalized guidance, tools, and strategies to help you achieve your aspirations. While we offer unwavering support, the responsibility to act and implement remains with you.

All content provided by Manifest Your Success, including text, graphics, videos, and audio materials, is protected under intellectual property laws. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use our materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes during your enrollment. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action. Intellectual property created by you using our resources remains solely your property.

You agree not to copy, distribute, share, teach, or otherwise exploit in any way any of our proprietary frameworks, methods, or materials (including but not limited to the UPLEVEL Framework) without our express written consent.

We are committed to protecting your confidentiality. All personal and financial information shared during mentorship will remain private unless disclosure is required by law or necessary for program delivery.

You consent to the use of anonymous data for marketing and service improvements.

Testimonials you provide may only be shared publicly with your explicit consent.

All sessions (including success strategy, onboarding, and mentoring calls) may be recorded for internal training and quality purposes, which may include sharing with third parties directly involved in supporting the business (such as coaches, assistants, or operational partners). Any external use of these recordings (for example, in marketing or testimonials) will only occur with your prior explicit approval.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to all resources and materials, and your account may be permanently deleted.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation if you repeatedly fail to attend scheduled sessions, do not complete required assignments or exercises, consistently arrive late, demonstrate non-compliance with program instructions, or otherwise exhibit disruptive or energy-draining behavior. If your participation is terminated for such reasons, you remain liable for all outstanding payments.

By using our Services, you consent to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Please review these policies carefully.

Manifest Your Success, its directors, employees, affiliates, mentors, and representatives are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of income, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. By using our Services, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from your actions or use of our Site and Services.

You agree not to make, publish, or communicate to any person or entity any harmful, disparaging, or false statements about Manifest Your Success, MYS Consulting LTD, its programs, or its mentors and representatives. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of integrity and provide extensive pre-enrollment opportunities to ensure alignment, including direct communication with your mentor. This clause is included to protect the integrity of a program carefully designed and refined through numerous success stories, where each participant who sincerely commits and engages receives powerful tools and experiences measurable transformation. We are confident in our methods and know that everyone who participates actively will undergo meaningful personal growth. This clause helps ensure that any public statements fairly reflect this co-creative commitment. Breach of this provision may result in legal action and immediate termination of your participation without any compensation.

You represent and warrant that you possess full power and authority to enter into and perform under this Agreement, and that doing so does not violate any other agreement binding you.

You further acknowledge and agree that regardless of whether you enter this Agreement on behalf of a company or other entity, you remain personally responsible and liable for all obligations, including but not limited to payment commitments and adherence to program terms. This personal liability survives any changes to your business or employment status, including company dissolution or bankruptcy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manifest Your Success, its mentors, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions, breaches of this Agreement, or violations of applicable law.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any waiver of any provision must be in writing and signed by both parties.

All formal communications and notices between you and the Company may be conducted via WhatsApp or email. Both methods are considered accepted and valid channels of communication. You are responsible for ensuring that your WhatsApp number and email address remain active and accessible during the program duration.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time in order to reflect improvements, expansions, or necessary adjustments to our programs and services as our company grows and evolves. Continued use of our Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in UK courts.
